Kienan Hibbard joined TRM Microwave in 2020 as a Program Manager with over ten years of program management experience. Prior to joining TRM, Kienan held several related positions such as Director of Program Management, Senior Project Manager, and Manager Supply Chain & Procurement at various companies in the medical device field. Kienan moved to the Executive Team in the spring of 2021, overseeing the Materials and Program Management teams.
As Materials Manger he works closely the Purchasing team and Shipping/Receiving team which is responsible for procuring all materials and services required to deliver products to customers on time and to specifications.
As Program Manager, Kienan works with Program Management and the Contracts team which interfaces between Sales, our customers and the Design and Operations teams, and is responsible for all support activities from quoting and contract review through order acknowledgement and verification that the designed process is fully compliant with customer specifications.
In addition to his role of leading multiple departments, Kienan is a key participant in TRM’s management team, which drives the strategic and operational plans of the business.
He earned an A.S. in Manufacturing Engineering at New Hampshire Technical Institute, and a B.S. in Technical Management and Organizational Leadership at Southern NH University. He also holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate from the Project Management Institute.
